When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders typically take 5-7 working days to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What phone models are your cases available for?
All currently available phone models are listed on each individual product page. If your phone model isn’t listed, get in touch with us at hello@nolovesociety.co.uk — we may be able to create your case as a custom order.
What are the phone cases made from?
All cases are made from a durable blend of flexible TPU and rigid polycarbonate (PC), offering shock-absorbing protection with a strong, structured finish. Designed to protect your phone from everyday bumps, scratches and minor drops.

Will the design fade or scratch?
Our designs are made to be durable and are designed to stay looking their best with normal everyday use. As with any phone case, we recommend avoiding sharp objects, harsh chemicals and excessive abrasion to keep your case looking fresh for as long as possible.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your order. If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@nolovesociety.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods, and that shipping internationally is subject to courrier

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
For UK orders, shipping is FREE. For international shipping, please enter your details at checkout for accurate shipping fees.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s anything wrong with your order, please email hello@nolovesociety.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can get everything sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Will the design look exactly the same on every phone model?
Phone models vary in size and camera placement, so the artwork may be slightly repositioned or cropped to fit.
