What phone models are available?

All currently available phone models are listed on each product page. Select your phone model before adding the case to your basket.

If your model isn’t listed or is currently out of stock, email hello@nolovesociety.co.uk and we’ll let you know if we can create a custom order for you.

Are the cases protective?

Yes. Our cases are designed to offer good everyday protection while still looking sleek and aesthetic.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within approximately 5-7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

How much is UK shipping?

Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £30. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping options and prices are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@nolovesociety.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make.

We’ll always try to help, but changes and cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email hello@nolovesociety.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue for you.

How do I look after my phone case?

To keep your case looking its best, gently clean it using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive products and prolonged contact with materials that may transfer colour.

Can the colour look slightly different in person?

We try to display every design as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.
